I popped in by chance to see if someone could see me and put my (cheap) hair extensions in as I'm useless. I was greeted so warmly, the staff were so helpful, thoughtful and professional. The hairdresser who did my extensions made me look the best I had in ages. I was very grateful. It was a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Rubish! The so called 'senior' hairdresser has aparently been cutting hair for 30 odd years but clearly hasnt updated his skills since then! He cut my layers in such a choppy horrible way my hair looked terrible and i had to go and get them corrected somewhere else later that day! He just snipped chunks of hair out! He wouldnt listen to what i was saying i wanted..i even showed him a picture but he just did his own thing and gave me a bob cut instead of shoulder length layers! And to top it off he charged me more than he said it would cost! Do not go to him!

I have been using Harveys, for years, for all my hairdressing needs and am always delighted with the result. They are all brilliant hairdressers and I would recommend them to everyone. There is always a pleasant atmosphere, a lovely cup of tea or coffee and you come out extremely satisfied with your hair. I like the fact that it is not always necessary to have a booked appointment. They will always try to accommodate you. 5 stars!!

Great hairdressers especially good with kids. Better hair cut than others we've tried !

Second time we've been there with my 3 year old twins. My son does not like having a haircut. Sophie was a fantastic member of staff, she was very patient with him and he's had a wonderful haircut! Very pleased!
