The only girls I trust with my hair since they used to be at Chapel Street. No matter who’s doing my hair, they listen to your requirements and will provide you with the best solutions. They take pride in what they do and always do it to the best standard and are always willing to correct if something doesn’t quite turn out as expected. So easy to contact as well, via insta or phone and response pretty quickly to book you in.
Amazing service and wonderful staff! I really loved how my hair colour came out especially as I have naturally very dark hair so it is very hard to lift it to a brighter colour, without it looking brassy and not complementing my skin tone. I also loved how the salon has adapted due to Covid-19, thus making the environment feel very safe. Overall, I am very impressed and will continue to be a loyal customer.
I took my Daughter in for her first ever haircut and I have to say that everyone at Lox were unbelievably welcoming and accommodating. I have always been so apprehensive about my Daughter’s first haircut but I had no reason to be; she had a great time as was so well looked after. Not for one second did she feel uneasy and she was smiling the whole time. Thank you so much and look forward to returning!!!
