Great customer service. They don't just do what you want but also look at the condition of you hair and what your hair needs. Which I love and appreciate because you want your hair to be strong and healthy. I have never been disappointed by benedicts. Every consultation and appointment has been a wonderful experience. All the staff are lovely and do their job brilliantly.

Sinead was very attentive and listened to me before cutting my hair.
Was very happy with the cut.

Many years ago I had my hair dyed and cut from benedict. It’s was a disaster! Really poor service really disappointed with how they treated me! Just now I thought I’d give them a second chance and get my daughters hair cut by them and spoke to receptionist who didn’t know what she was doing gave the wrong information and contradicted her own advice to me! Wouldn’t advise anyone to go there
