Harveys Furniture Catford

Laura, the assistant manager, was absolutely great today. She was very professional and helpful and knew information about all the ranges we asked about. When we wanted another piece of furniture that wasn't in stock she volunteered to phone around other local Harvey stores and found what we wanted. Really friendly as well, would really recommend this shop did to service offered.

The Catford store and its staff are lovely but Harveys delivery customer service is not reliable. They don't have enough delivery dates, they booked mine 3 weeks from the furniture reaching the local warehouse and then re scheduled it a couple of days before delivery to delay it another 3 weeks. When I said I wasn't happy they just offered compensation which is not good enough. As I had to cancel plans for a house party etc. Oh yes and I have called customer service about 3 times until now - its at least a 35 minutethat was my minimum wait each time. I asked why they don't use email in this time and age they said they cant because its not secure and has sensitive customer information to exchange which I understand - but it needs to keep up with times !

It has nice furniture here and a wide verity but prices are a bit much for me it may be fine for u but not when ur on a budget

The prices are little bit overpriced but with large selection a nice store.
