Been a builder for 40 years I use howdens all over the place working for a plc company They are all helpfull always give you advise Professional  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Avoid this howdens it should have its franchise  removed AWARD , UNHELPFUL,  NO KNOWLEDGE OF KITCHENS I've been in there half a dozen times the one occasion I got goods it was wrong I hate leaving negative comments but avoid or you will be the next person to write a review similar to mine

Just had a revamp with a bigger showroom area staff very helpful as I find in most branches.

We have been using the Bromley Branch for some time now and have received a great service from them. Our designer Ellie is fantastic and is really easy to work with; along with providing a great service to us and our end clients. They come well recommended.

When you order a kitchen always check items against the invoice as there might be human errors. And do your homework by comparing prices from other companies they might be offering big percentage discounts but many items unrealistically priced. Yes service of staff is good. They try to be helpful..but check your invoice properly so you are not sorry later

I've used Howdens for many years and my clients have always been happy with the product. The staff at the Farwig Lane Bromley depot have always maintained the highest level of service and professionalism. They have dropped extras off to site for me, called around to different branches for last minute components and they go the extra mile to help - every time. The designers come up with the most innovative touches that are both easy for me to fit and impressive to the customer and it's these differences that have kept me busy over the years simply by word of mouth. Supply is not always about the product or even the price, the people make it possible to deliver a quality service.

Recently bought a kitchen from Howdens in bromley and I had great customer service. Staff were friendly and helpful and always returned my calls and replied to my emails. Howdens managed to design and deliver my ideal kitchen which is beautiful and I will most definitely use them again if ever need be. Thank you so much to Frankie and Steve you were patient with me and very good through out the whole thing.

We recently bought a new kitchen from Steve and Frankie at Howdens. The initial consultation was excellent but after payment the service was found to be lacking. Finishing details agreed at the consultation were disregarded at the point of delivery and multiple items were missing. The 3-D design was not sent to the builders, by Howdens, after multiple requests which lead to expensive errors that added to the final cost. Would not recommend as a service. If you do decide to choose Howdens, would suggest checking the invoice carefully.

Great team of people, with excellent knowledge of kitchens. I changed my mind several times, about our kitchen design & Steve & his team were very accommodating  best kitchen cabinets on the market!

Bought our kitchen. Friendly and attentive service. They have a large computer screen upstairs so you can see the designs it's made
