Regrettably, I cannot rate this post office any lower than one star. My experience with them has been nothing short of disastrous. I entrusted them with receiving my parcels, but over time, I realized that numerous packages had gone missing. The tipping point was when my wife, armed with tracking information, went to collect eight parcels on my behalf while I was abroad, only to be told there were none. It became evident that the staff had resorted to outright theft.nnUpon researching further, I discovered I'm not alone in this ordeal. It seems to be a recurring issue, indicating a disturbing pattern of dishonesty. It appears their business model revolves around stealing parcels, which is unacceptable.nnI am determined to take action against them, including revoking their franchise with Evri and the Post Office. It's imperative that such unscrupulous individuals are not allowed to continue in this line of work, where they have access to people's belongings. Avoid this post office at all costs; your parcels and peace of mind are not safe here.
O star from my side... owener should give proper training to staff about customer service... I think just staff friends or family give good review for them
By far the worst Post Office i have used in and around Aylesbury.nThe guy who served me just grunted, do this do that ! No thank you or please !nWont be using this PO again.....
Basic shop is okay with Co-op products.nThe post office part closes early, normally by 6 PM, so beware that the times advertised are not correct.nThe staff are normally okay.
The best post office staff ever!!!nKnowledgeable, friendly, happy. A pleasure to visit.
