Basic shop is okay with Co-op products. The post office part closes early, normally by 6 PM, so beware that the times advertised are not correct. The staff are normally okay.
Terrible. Avoid if you want to send parcels after 6pm because they will be closed even though they are meant to be open until 8pm. I get the same response every time 'staffing issues' more like laziness and rudeness issues. Felt very unwelcome.
If I could give it 0 stars, I honestly would. This place is awful and they don’t even know how to manage their parcels. I lost £100 as I have all the information on my phone that my parcel has been delivered there but the lady still refused and said it isn’t there. Avoid this place.
This should be marked on maps as "Sub - post office" and not " Post office " as the shop employees try to double task. And do Only Basics. If you want anything more complicated forget it! It's the high street in town centre

Refused to send parcel claiming post office closed but opening hours in front on the desk said other wise. Rude lazy staff basically.

Lazy staff , arrived today they have to take post until 8pm , they saw me carry my parcels . So they just decided to tell me sorry the post is closed for today nor even 5pm .
A hopeless place to post anything. Even when it's open, the crew member tells you that it's closed! There is no respect for any customer. Can someone finally fix it ?!
