Excellent set menu at Harvey Nicks. Worth every penny. Top drawer The food and service was excellent.
I come here often, but today I've received outstanding service from Nicola and Cynthia apologies if spelled wrong. They were very friendly and helpful. We had a nice chat about perfumes, they listened and in the end helped me choose which perfume to buy — after patiently sampling so many for me, haha. They also offered me a bunch of samples for the other fragrances I smelled and liked, at checkout. Thank you so much, ladies! Hope to see you again next time. One negative aspect when I visit the store tho: some employees watch/judge you and don't seem to enjoy when a costumer takes their time to sample and smell a lot of perfumes. Or they don't like it when you refuse their help. But many people know before coming in what they'd like to smell/buy, so no guidance is needed. I'd like to say that a lot of us have fragrance collections and we really enjoy browsing and trying stuff in this particular store, before buying something to add to our collection. We don't want to be rushed into buying something random, because as with any other collection, we want it to be refined, worth the money and suited for our taste.
Review for dinner last night. Anna was a fantastic host, really friendly and professional. Loved the menus and quality of the food. The seasonal specials menu was a delight. Looking forward to our next meal with you.
Sisley, Chanel and Le Mar have amazing staff! Avis is the most warm, loving, friendly, kind and caring person I have every come across in any retail shop. She is such a lovely and beautiful person. I came into Harvey Nichols, around 3 weeks ago and she took such good care of me. I was unwell, not feeling too great and she just made my day! I came back a week later after making a purchase because she helped me pick the right product and took the time to make sure that I was taken care of just to see her and buy more things from her! The right staff really mean everything! Lovely store, can't wait to go back!
My visit to Harvey Nichols in Leeds was outstanding! Unfortunately I can’t recall the lads name who served me, however the salesperson number on receipt 57022, offered exceptional service and was incredibly helpful. His professionalism and expertise truly enhanced my shopping experience. He is a true credit to the company
Staff were so friendly, we were there for my friends hen do and they wrote her a little card and the celebration plate was such a nice touch! She loved it all. The food was amazing, the vegan truffle cream cheese starter was something else - absolutely incredible! Everyone loved their starters and mains, whether veggie, vegan or meat eaters. The desserts felt like a bit of an afterthought unfortunately to some of us, and let the meal down a little bit the vegan peach tart for example - tough peaches and a bought in pastry case just doesn't match the incredible quality and care that's put into the other dishes. Have been coming here for years for special occasions, really reasonable prices and always a fab experience, thanks again!
Fantastic cocktail masterclass. Highly recommend the wine tastings, cocktail masterclasses, and also the restaurant which is lovely!
Although this is a massive department store we actually went here for one reason only….the cafe on the 4th floor. There is also a bar but given it was morning when we visited it was understandably closed. At the cafe they have a full menu as well as a large selection of drinks including cocktails. We just went for a coffee as we had already eaten. The whole place was great, lovely aesthetics, great attentive staff just a lovely atmosphere. The coffee was excellent a great rest stop and a decent recce for future food stop. We were also made aware of an upcoming wine festival which we are now intending to go to. Lovely experience although we only had coffee I would recommend a visit maybe to try a little more than we did…..if you can get past the great range of products in the store on the 3 floors below the food area!!
Chris at MFK perfumes is absolutely fantastic! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable about all of the fragrances, but he is also extremely friendly and helpful. He took the time to listen to my preferences and recommended the perfect scent for me. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and it's all thanks to Chris. I will definitely be returning to Harvey Nichols and requesting Chris's assistance again. Thank you, Chris, for providing such a wonderful shopping experience!
Service great and felt very comfortable. Champagne served at creed and skin care sampled. Samples given to try at home before commitment to buy. Easy to get around. From beauty to food and a restaurant. Enjoy going here each time I'm in town. Don't not try there is something for everyone price wise.
