Absolute joke of a kebab shop. Whether you order through the app or ring they always get it wrong!! Terrible customer service when you call to say they've missed half the order, come back again and still missing a meal. Delivery driver doesn't have a clue either no receipts to keep track of what food they're meant to be delivering. All staff are rude and abrupt on the phone. All nice when they are taking the order but not so helpful when you have a query. Tried overcharging us too. Don't think they can handle being in this business
We have just ordered 2 special burger with cheese and a small chips with garlic mayo and tomatoe sauce pd 13.30. Charged an extra pound for delivery wen it say free and not much sauce on chips gutted
Have always ordered from Haruns Rhyl for many years. Ordered a pizza l as the Saturday night . Paid £14 online 14 inch with 3 toppings. Pizza arrived at 11pm. After tip given and delivery driver left , pizza delivered was a 12 inch Donar pizza worth £8. Pizza was dry and looked like a return order given to us as they were closing..... No answer when called the shop and closed Sunday.... Never again... Rip off Rob dogs. Will never use Haruns ever again. Bye bye monthly £25 Haruns... Sort yourselfs out.....
eda hot and spicy 12” pizza and a cheesy garlic pizza 12” pizza and a 7up and I received a 9” cheesy garlic pizza and a 9” garlic bread. After trying to fix the order AFTER PAYING FULL PRICE the guys on the phone were rude and didn’t care I was a key worker and not what I need after a long shift. Food we had to eat was awful and dry. I highly recommend never ordering from here and they have lost a valued customer.
I should qualify that this 4 star review is based entirely on their kebabs, which are truly outstanding. Fries are ok, if you're having them, everything else is acceptable, but not great.
This Kebab house is unlike most others as the kebabs and other food here is nothing but greasy comfort food that is irresistible. Only problem is after eating their food is that you are unhappy because you want more! Would recommend to most people who enjoy nice greasy food to end a stressful day.
Awful service received by Haruns last night. Phoned to place an order on the phone and received the message ‘please can you hurry up’ we are busy. Very rude staff. The order came and the kebabs came without pita bread. The orders were all wrong due to being rushed on the phone and not taking the order properly. We are extremely loyal customers and have been spending a lot of money with Haruns but we will not be ordering again. We phoned to tell them the order was wrong and they said they’d deliver us the food that was missing. We didn’t receive the food that was missing and hadn’t even bothered to send any one out to deliver the rest! wouldn’t recommend this place at all if you want to be ripped off! Disgusting.
