Had a beach day at Prestatyn and looking for dinner place. Walked along the High street saw this Chinese also have Thai and Malaysia so decided to give it a try. Place was busy on the Sat. Food was pretty nice, good service and we enjoyed a nice meal.nnChicken satay - the satay sauce is tasty.nnFried prawn wonton. Not the one we expected with the fluffy wonton tail.nnPrawn Pad Thai - not authentic Pad Thai but more like a friend noodles. Tasty nonetheless good prawns and good noodles.nnSingapore vermicelli - nice and tastynnYeung chow fried rice - my boy loved it nnBeef stir-fry with Thai Basil I think they gave me the wrong dish as there’s no Thai basil in it, but it was still pretty nice.nnPretty nice Chinese food will probably rerun if in the area.
Got to say we were so looking forward to this after the amazing reviews but we’re so disappointed. All the food was really really sweet like they’ve put in sugar instead of salt. Very strange. And the deep fried prawn wan tons, literally just pastry, no filling what so ever see pic gutted as we spent over £50. Maybe dine-in is a better experience?
By far the worst Chinese take away we’ve ever had! Service on the phone was rude - the lady literally shouted at me and tutted when I asked how much it was going to be as if it was too much effort to go back through the order. After reading the reviews, we saw past this and collected anyway.nnBBQ sauce was watery and separating from the oils and water - really gloopy and vile.nnTiniest sweet and sour battered chicken balls in existence. Really crunchy and dry. Didn’t give them to our daughters incase it broke their baby teeth. Chicken inside them was really dried out and literally ripped into strips. Such small pieces and ultimately a huge disappointment.nnPrawn crackers were ok - take or leave them. Egg fried rice was ok portion in fairness, nothing special though. Chips were more like frozen fries that have been thrown into the fryer and salt and pepper chips were average.nnReally not impressed and definitely would not recommend. One disappointment Chinese loving family. Just look at those photos - don’t go there.
Called in here after being let down at another place they were so helpful and adapted to my situation for coming in at short notice. Staff are so nice, pleasant and cheerful very chatty and couldn't do enough for you we put our orders in for starters and they came out pretty Quick, were hot and very nice , same for the mains and as it was Debbie's Birthday they did a special surprise song and held signs up which made her night complete, I'm sure we will be back soonnUpdate as promised we came back and yet again had some fantastic food and a wonderful night
Lovely place with really lovely staff! Food was super tasty really good selection of Malaysian, Thai and Chinese dishes and we loved it all! Had the chicken massaman curry, satay chicken, mee goreng chicken and char siu - pork, kung po duck and noodles on the side. All gorgeous!
