The warmest bar, in customers and especially in staff, that you could ever wish for. I spent many nights here and the staff became friends, a beautiful port of call whether it’s the start of your night or the end! Can’t wait to visit again in the future x
I've always liked this place. Yes it is a bit on the expensive side but it makes up for it with plenty of character. Don't expect brand but the choice of ales available is very good. Outdoor seating at the front under the covered deco style probably wrong veranda, and at the rear in the well appointed beer garden. There is also a separate lounge bar available for private hire. If there is one minor complaint it would be that the toilets are upstairs but that can't be helped. Definitely worth a visit
Very good pint of Coors. I use to come here 50 years ago when it was called the Odd fellows and I enjoyed it then and enjoyed it today, but the changes from then up to now are massive.
It's a great traditional pub, not many of them left we've been going to this pub for the last 10 years. The staff are very helpful and friendly a real credit to such a great bar
Atmosphere isn’t the best, but the staff are nice and can’t fault the drinks. Decent outdoor space too when it’s nice out

Friendly service... Good selection of products and reasonable prices. It's still a little scary going out with covid but all right measures and precautions have been taken by the bar : I been here many times before but I using their free WiFi so thought least could do give a nice review Cheers
Nice bar down a side street in Preston with good priced drinks.
Can’t say enough about the team at Hartleys. Always a pleasure to visit. Atmosphere never disappoints. Service always brilliant. One of the really good ones.
