This is a great post office well appreciated by most in the community. The staff understand a wide range of duties and are very friendly and helpful. There is a little car park next to it, but when it is full, people park outside in the busy road causing inconvenience to other drivers. It could do definitely with a pedestrian crossing.
Terrible post office. Left them 2 years ago as completely lacked product knowledge and customer service! Recently forced to use them to send cheques to NatWest & they’ve lost them! Need to be removed & replaced by better trained staff!
This PO is certainly the best in Kent, maybe the country and possibly even the World. Staff are very helpful, always smiling and go out of their way to handle your needs in a swift and efficient manner - even made me a cup of tea the other day!
Just lovely! everything about this place. very polite, i drive to visit here as my local one - McColl's in Longfield is awful, they are very rude. but this place i cant fault the staff. very helpful and nice people.

Hartley Post Office give a great service the delightful ladies that run the Post Office are always so polite and accomodating. Well Done!
This post office needs to be closed or moved, Firstly I think this is the worst post office in the county, very unhelpful rude staff they don't seem to know how to run a post office, eg a redeliver parcel at this PO could not be found when i took the redeliver card into them, no effort made to find the parcel, Secondly This post office is on a B road, with customers parking outside the PO, this blocks one side of the road, causing tailbacks in both directions, This makes it very dangerous for customers getting in and out of their cars, Also there is a bus stop outside of the PO which has to stop on the wrong side of the road to let passengers on and off the bus risking life in the traffic because the bus cannot pull into the bus stop, Kind Regards Brucie E Oliver
