Thanks guys , you really pulled out all the stops this time new vehicle bought from a big national failed after a very short time ! The national were useless - 1 phone call 3 emails no response !! Called the guys at Hartdale Motors , Hartington can you help , turned up within the hour diagnostics done EGR diagnosed , following day repairs done , back on the road ,back in business my customers happy , I'm well satisfied BTW those lads worked into late evening to get my van to me WELL DONE lads brilliant service yet again

Quoted me £40 + VAT for changing starter motor on a Corsa I had the part already. Charged me £66 + VAT for 1.5 hours work. It's only a quick job and I'd been quoted £40 + VAT in any case. I think I was overcharged due to being a tourist, but regardless of whether you're a local or not, I would question their honesty. Beware.

Friendly and helpful when I was looking for a snow shovel and local road advice during blizzard conditions. Can't comment on the garage itself.
