Arranged a taxi to take my family to the airport. Rebecca turned up on time, smiling and cheerful. Everything I could wish for from a taxi firm. Thank you Crescent cars. I will definitely book with you again.

Absolutely shocking service and very rude. I called for a taxi for myself and two friends ,and was told one would arrive in 5minutes. After 20 minutes I called the taxi company back ,and was told that we had been forgotten about, and no one would be coming for us, before they hung up the phone. It was carnival night, so it had been very difficult to find another taxi company able to pick us up. After we had already passed opportunities up from other taxis while waiting for our taxi to arrive.

We were 3 girls at 11pm and called for a taxi. She said she'd be here in 5 minutes. After HALF AN HOUR we call to check on the taxi and she just laughes at us and said she forgot, that she has work to do soz. SO DISRESPECTFUL WORST TAXI EVER
