A lovely, newly refurbished pool which we visit regularly as a family. There are fun sessions with an inflatable and floats which are usually busy but we enjoy just having a general swim and making our own fun. Changing rooms are clean and there are plenty of family changing rooms which is a nice extra :-nThere is a sauna but we’ve never tried it and a well equipped gym upstairs which again we haven’t used so can’t comment on.
Hydro swimming pool facilities spot on however the hygiene and quality of food is next to god awful… Asked for children’s cheese &onion sandwich but got two large dry pieces of bread with no salad cream Was given mayo after asking and was given no knife to use….a wrap with salad with no cutlery so guess I’ll use my fingers and not to mention no napkins and also our kids high chair was absolutely filthy… been many a times before was all spot on not sure what’s happened .
Lovely and clean but the larger pools are far too cold to enjoy swimming with my daughter. Really need to turn up the temperature a few degrees!
It's a good location for me otherwise I would go elsewhere. I have had issues contacting them via phone voicemail so a waste of time. Lack of variety for evening classes and you can never get in to the reformer pilates classes. Latest issue is the 3 hour cancellation rule and the fact that even if you swipe in to your registered class the systems can still miss it resulting in you receiving a fine and the APP locking so you cannot book in to anymore classes.
Recently joined this gym absolutely love its super clean equipment is amazing great classes available sauna and steam room are a great size and regularly cleaned the pool is amazing separate area ideal for children and massive pool with lanes for adults
