Quite good coffee and decent seating area. Only issue is that it can seem a little untidy sometime. Staff are friendly and helpful.

quality of coffee making is really low. Today we had literally 2 mugs of milk instead of flat whites. I decided that I never go there again. 
interestingly enough, there is a H+H shop in Addlestone which is absolutely perfect compared to this one.
shame as it used to be a good place some time ago.

Excellent coffee, free coffees through their app. Ultimately owned by Cafe Nero, but focused on quality.

Stood ten mins waiting to be served whilst one man cleaned and the other two made four coffees and no apology awful service
