Waiting for three hours in the so called drivers rest room,so went to make an enquiry about my truck hadn't even hook it up the the lap top ,when I'd already given them the fault codes,from a call out on the previous Friday,from a Harris daf fitter,he told me to give them the fault codes to save time ,and they just left me sitting there
Our XF Daf broke down near Thurrock on a Friday, recovered back to Harris, new clutch fitted over week end and up a running on Monday, just wish Our local dealer Ford and Slater at Norwich where as quick and efficient as this! 10 out of 10 Harris, Thanks
Worst garage so far. 7 hrs to change discs on 1 axle. 2 hours to brake test and the tester went on a joy ride for an hour with an unknown passenger clueless workshop manager said it was technician who did job it wasn’t and with the repaired axle up so he test nothing I drove it in. Percentage on dash went down 10 percent so he must have thrashed it. Never again will i go there again
Couldn't find the truck first and then couldn't find the keys. Best part of 100 mile round trip wasted. But these things happen.
worst service after repairing the fuel system and replacing one injector, the truck drove 840 km and was towed back after a week it is not ready because apparently they are waiting for parts that seem to come from the moon, that's why such a long waiting time
