They cared for both my Grandparents, from 2021-2023. Nothing was ever any trouble, I personally feel so grateful that we got them into such a lovely, kind and caring, home, thank you everyone xx
My father in law was in here for a few weeks .nI found the place very dark and depressing.nApparently there was entertainment staff we never saw them.nThe only activity we heard of was bingo and that was just for the families of the residents .nMy father in law was left on the commode so long with no help.he called the police to come and help him .nI personally did not like this care home and dad was quickly moved to another .
Grays court is a very caring care home. The staff are so caring and professional. I would highly recommend this care home to anyone making the hard decision of placing a loved one into a care home. Nothing is ever to much of a problem. They should all be very proud of there selves.
Premises seem clean however staffing levels are low especially at weekends.
