5 minutes into our fun I landed wrong on my foot and broke it  staff where amazing for me, my daughter and husband they went above and beyond all of them great team, my daughter and husband carried on there session so she didn’t miss out as was for her birthday, once done the staff arranged with lakeside shopping centre staff to get a wheelchair so I was able to get back to the car to go to hospital that’s when I got my foot X-ray and found out I broke it  risk you take I guess body telling me I’m almost 30 and can’t do what I used to anymore aha other than that daughter had an amazing time and again staff really went above and beyond for us all so massive thank you xx

We recently had my child’s birthday party at Flip Out, and I can’t say enough good things about Reece and the team. From the start, Reece was incredibly flexible and attentive to our needs, making sure every detail was perfect. He was accommodating with our requests, ensuring that both the kids and parents were happy. His friendly and approachable attitude made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. Everything was so well-organised, and the kids had an absolute blast! If you’re looking for a seamless and fun party experience, Reece at Flip Out is the one to go to. Highly recommend!

Fantastic fun for the whole family. Not only did the kids love it but the grown ups did as well. One of the best family days out that I've had in ages. The battle beam proved a hit, no pun intended, with everyone. There is a decent climbing wall that challenged the kids and the adults. The soft play area was also great for all of us. And there is plenty more to enjoy. We all said that we want to go back again as soon as we left.

Always a favorite among my kids. The place is huge, well maintained and relatively kept clean throughout. There are many activities to choose from. The trampolines are always fun, but my kids particularly like the climbing wall as well as the Wipe Out. So much fun!nTIP: if coming on weekends and looking for quieter times, morning slots are always the ones to go for.

Used to be a nice place to keep kids busy.nBut after today's visit I go from 5 starts to 0nNot clean, tables full of other people stuff, roof leaking everywhere, very hot and no air circulation. £70 for 2 kids and one adult seems way to much for the condition.nNever again. There are better places in lakeside SC. Price food and water, long times waiting for enter.... Conclusion bad just bad managed and customer service. Stai away and keep your money
