I would like to thank access for there professional and supportive customer service. They were very helpful and sympathetic to the selection of my vehicle. The vehicle chosen way very well looked after and of a high quality . The price paid was very fair and I was given a great deal. Everyone wants to feel good about a purchase and I feel it was the right dealer , great price. So I would recommend buying your next vehicle from Access Commercials.
We purchased a Luton through access commercials - first time using them and wish we’d known about them sooner! If you’re looking for a van you must buy from here. Amazing grounds with hundreds of immaculate vans. Went above and beyond - they noticed there was a couple of things wrong before we picked the van up and instead of letting us picking up the van, they got it fixed - saving us money. I dealt with Jon and can’t fault anything from start through to picking up the vehicle. Great staff, great service and great van. Will defiantly be using again.
A no nonsense company who gets the job done! Purchased a used Ford pick-up at the best price we could find. John also arranged delivery of the vehicle. Looking forward to using them again soon and recommend you give them a go!

I was in the market for a nice new ish van, i had several options, and i came accross Access, i'm so glad i did, Bill, George and Richard were really helpful, very friendly and welcoming and sorted me out with a van that i am more than happy with, even tho it was a wrench to part ex my van!!! Megurdeep singh and my friend went to Felly farm to go finance the vehicle which was a Mercedes van sprinter and I was going to finance it in my name but it was cancelled so my friend who just came with me to help me with translating to them offered to help out and so he did. But unfortunately his family were totally against it and wanted to cancel it and it was understandable so we called the finance company and cancelled the finance with ease. Then the next day we went to go collect the deposit and we were telling John about the problem we faced and we were trying to explain the situation and tried to reason with him with respect and were talking patiently. However he was being rude to both me and my friend and wouldn't return the deposit. But we found out it was illegal for them to keep the deposit so we kept on calling and trying to get our refund money. Today they had given it but it wasnt the whole deposit. I was even fold that they shouldn't have deducted my deposit money as nothing was paid out. I have requested kindly again and again. I will be taking things further if I do not hear from them within 7 days as I need to pay back the money to someone I owe money to. Please can you help me get their attention and help me get my whole deposit back. Me and my friend weren't respectful and were being quite rude. We will have no choice but to take legal actions.
Fab communication and customers service. Rey sorted us in no time with a new van and finance. More then 140 vans on site, lots to choose from. Will highly recommend for any want want a used van in good condition. We changed for Euro 6 because of the new ULEZ and couldn't be happier. Thank you.
