I have been using Harmony for over 10 years, bought my first guitar, second, third and so on - Very competitive on price and a relative selection of instruments in-store. Thank you guys.

I phoned at 9.30am and had new guitar strings fitted by 10.30am. Great, local and friendly service!

Brilliant local music shop. Resourceful, expert service, good luthier. PA support and installation to city standards. They care about sums it up!

Having bought a old ukulele from the store. As a present and having been told it was good uku and it was a lot of money. I believed the staff thinking that with harmony would come honesty. I later gave it a present. Trying to tune it was a night mare. The back screws had all burred and caused a cut to the skin. It was really cheap item sold at an expensive price. I was lured by the staff at the time of purchase. I took it back but they would not give me my money back. They said you'll get your money after we sell it. After a 2 weeks I went back and he gave me a smaller amount saying he hadn't got that much for it on the second sale. That was my experience. It's up to you if you wish to use that store.
