Would give less if I could. I have had more than one bad experience in the Dorchester store. A member of management a while ago now wouldn't even take a look at the brand new, unused laptop I was holding whilst on crutches. Before I'd even walked in the door he could tell I wanted to return an item and simply refused matter of factly. When I went on to explain I would take the issue to their head office he said to go ahead as I wouldn't have any luck there either and that we hadn't spent enough money for them to care. He literally had no redeeming qualities and the company as a whole should honestly close down. 
Another example to back up this statement was when I had to take in my very special dr camera, used on my honeymoon in for a repair only to be told 2 months later I would not be getting it back and that I could pick a different model. Funny enough they sold one to my Husband which was worth half of the originals value and it took a huge amount of effort to get it exchanged. At no point did we get an apology or sense of the staff actually caring that they had taken something so meaningful away from us. 
Furthermore, my husband and I have walked past this store on numerous occasions and there is always 4-5 staff stood aimlessly in the doorway waiting to pounce.  We are moving home shortly and will not under any circumstances be shopping here or with any Currys store for that matter. I would rather pay more and actually receive some after care service and reassurance my money is going to more deserving of companies.

I reluctantly visited Currys PC World of Dorchester earlier today to purchase computer accessories, but as I entered the store, it was clear that there was a frosty atmosphere within the building.

I asked a colleague for assistance in locating an item, but as I had interrupted them whilst they were coiffing their hair and gazing blankly across the store, they stared straight through me during our short conversation.

Aside from good disabled access and a tidy environment, the bad customer service and poor value for money continues to be prevalent across most Dixons Carphone stores. Needless to say, I left this store empty-handed.

Bought the final parts for my pc from them and a wifi router nice staff. Though if you're looking for pc parts their selection is very little.
