Booked in to have my car aerial looked at,as my reception was pretty much line of sight. I had no idea how much it was going to cost,as it could be the aerial,or it could have been the stereo unit itself. So left the car with them for a couple of hours only to return to the good news that it was some sort of adapter at the back,and the cost was less than a tenner!! Every chance to tell me it was a more expensive component,and yet the job was done on time and cheaply. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely ZERO customer service Made an appointment 3 weeks ago to have road cameras supplied and fitted, agreed date and time and left 2 contact numbers in case of any problems. Arrived today (31st January) as arranged only to find that the requested cameras were no longer available. OK say I so why didn't someone contact me and give me some options. "EER not sure sir Iapologies for that" but we do have this model for only £150 more. I declined their kind offer and got the feeling that the manager/owner couldn't care less if I shopped with Car Radios (Dorchester) Ltd or went elsewhere.. Guess what "I'm going elsewhere" and would suggest that others do the same

Even though they were very busy they found the time to provide a great customer experience, explaining very clearly what could be done. The results were not only excellent, but ahead of my time expectations and even better their charges were extremely reasonable and wallet friendly... overall great value, excellent workmanship and service that genuinely puts the customer first. Highly recommended for your vehicles electrical needs, as a returning customer I was not disappointed.

Fitted a lot of equipment to my car that was second hand, works all okay and overall my experience there was good, however their own equipment is a little overpriced.

Fantastic service, fitted an aftermarket stereo to my Mk1 Audi TT, works perfectly - and reasonably price, would highly recommend!
