I always have a really good experience at Harlow Motors - I take my car there anytime it needs any work done and am always impressed by the service and happy with the cost. I just had my spark plugs changed and initially I didn’t know what needed doing. When I called they were able to see my car in on the day I called, run all the tests/diagnostics and work out what needed repairing letting me know that afternoon. I now have my car back and will definitely return to Harlow Motors for any future work!

I have been going to Harlow Motors for the past two years. They make you feel welcome and go above and beyond to provide an excellent service. I will never go back to a main dealer again, their prices are really affordable and they always do an excellent job on your car, your treated with respect and courtsey. For me it's the best garage I've ever been too. I highly recommend Harlow Motors for the place to take your car if you want excellent service and affordable rates.

Good service. Friendly staff. I would use this garage again. Their charges are pretty average but again the service is good.

Been using this garage for years. Very contactable at any time. Open & honest service. Reasonable and sensible prices too. Staff very friendly. Definitely would recommend to anyone. Check them out before you go elsewhere. See what they can do for you. :-)

I took my car here while I lived in Harlow. I really valued their customer service and sense of fairness. The staff were all very approachable and helpful. The pricing always seemed clear and reasonable.
