I had my service and MOT booked for 31st March and knew I would have trouble with my car being a Hybrid but hoped for the best anyway. As soon as I arrived at Halfords Autocentre in Harlow I was given amazing customer service from Justin despite my car causing complications! It got to around half 2 and I called the centre to check in with them and they were struggling to find a part for my car. At this point I was a bit worried because it was the Easter weekend and I had an airport run to make in the morning for a friend. As soon as I mentioned this Justin said he would try his hardest to get everything finished by today. When I was told to pick up the car it was way past closing time and Justin and two other mechanics were still there despite it being a late Saturday afternoon and Bank holiday weekend just to finish it for me. I just want to say an absolutely MASSIVE thank you to all three of them who did an absolutely great job on my car and finished in time for me. Their customer service was so welcoming and I'm really thankful to have got them that day. Thanks again Justin! - a great manager for Halfords and is the reason I'll come back for any future car services.

Went to halfords auto entre at harlow for Mot, I rate the place as excellent, staff are honest, willing to help. Will use the harlow autocentre again Zeno

I had my tyres changed, even thought they were so busy with repair due to weather conditions the manager made my experience good, I would use them again for my motoring repairs.
