Recently bought an engagement ring from Harkness Premier Jewellers and I would highly recommend them. Staff were always very welcoming. Stuart and Emma were great from the beginning and talked me through different styles and cuts of stone. They even made some CAD drawings of potential designs - which really helped me picture the ring and how I wanted it to look. The end product was a beautiful, bespoke ring which my fiance loves. I would definitely use Harkness Jewelers again - great service and very reasonable prices.
I can highly recommend J Harkness Premier Jewellers a very professional and fast service. I am absolutely over the moon with my engagement ring which Stuart designed exactly the way I asked
Fantastic. My wife snapped her very very fine curb chain necklace her favourite and I didn't think it possible to be fixed. These guys fixed it to look like new in a couple of hours using a laser machine of all things. I can't put across how good the workmanship and the price was. I went in with a chain worth no more than £30 or £40 and the service was as though I had much more expensive jewellery. Very happy I used them.
Wonderful service. We had diamonds removed from some old rings and had them made into a white gold pendant. Meghan talked us through and assisted with the whole process, so helpful! Pendant was absolutely beautiful and I believe very reasonably priced to have something bespoke.
Cannot thank the guys at harkness enough for my wishbone ring made from my grans diamond rings. Absolutely adore it and is beyond what I expected. would give 10 stars if I could!
Harkness did a great job of matching and replacing a lost diamond and repairing my engagement ring, it looks as good as it did the day I was given it. Staff are attentive and the price was fair. Would recommend

Been here many times now for resizing of rings, bracelets etc. And just received my bespoke ring i asked them to make for me. The whole process was really easy and fun, and i was able to see the stones before i chose also, which was a nice touch. Emma is so lovely, as are all the staff, and i can't thank them enough again. I love my one of a kind ring!!
Came here to enquire about getting my engagement ring resized. Wonderful customer service and my ring was resized with beautiful attention to detail. Cant recommend highly enough. 5*. Staff were fantastic, and made me feel so much better after a local jeweller was downright rude, condescending and dismissive, refusing to take on the work as there are lots of tiny diamonds on the neck of ring when we enquired there. Thankyou so much. X
This was an absolutely amazing experience at every step. I had one ring resized and another one remade into an earring. The first ring had to be reduced and I thought it might have been tricky not only because of a tiny size but as well because it had a head of an animal with ruby eyes. Not only was it resized perfectly, I actually couldn’t see any traces on the ring. And the second ring was remade into an earring paying attention to the style and the best result we could get and keeping the price moderate. Moreover, the pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive services were at every step. I couldn’t recommend more. This was actually the best jewellery work I have ever experienced way better than in branded shops.
