Harefield Hall is a super idyllic Place with very atmospheric decor, a cozy bar, and a chic restaurant, as well as very friendly hosts. The rooms are quite small and very noisy, but that's not unexpected in such an old building. All in all, it was a pleasant stay, thank you very much!
We had a lovely stay at Harefield Hall when visiting Harrogate for the weekend. The staff were friendly and efficient and very helpful.nnWe had not planned to eat at the hotel but they managed to fit us in. At first we thought the food was slightly on the pricey side however the portion size was larger than expected. Although not a huge range on the menu we were not disappointed.nnOur room was larger than expected with a view over nearby countryside. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was heavenly! Although a little tired looking in some places we found our room great value for money.nnThe breakfast the next morning was lovely and set us up for the rest of the day. Although not a huge selection on the continental side it was certainly value for money.nnIf we are ever in the area again we would definitely think about staying here for a second visit.
late night booking which saved camping in a storm, lovely lady checked us in.large king size bed and en suite, beautiful views in the morning, breakfast included, friendly staff, a few damp spots on walls but very old building, but will stay again if in the area.
Beautiful hotel! If I could give it more stars I would. The building is incredible and for an old place, it's been cared for and kept very well. There aren't very many people working here but it's a much better personal service vs a big chain hotel. I'm happy to wait a little longer for service but have my choice of drink remembered!nnThe bed was huge and comfortable. The views are great. Food so good that we chose to eat both nights at the hotel. Breakfast size plentiful.nnAll in all, will be recommending this place to everyone and can't wait to bring my girlfriend back here for our anniversary!
Just a quick over night stay but this place is wonderful what a hidden gem. Looking forward to another visit and sampling their food
