Went on a Sunday, sat outside in their large beer garden. Veggie roast and the chicken roast just what you need from a village pub, good pub food at a reasonable price. Friendly service, dog and child friendly. Really worth going.
We were extremely happy with the service and food here yesterday. We were a table of 6 outside for lunch. Five of us had roast dinners which were all tasty, generous portions, well cooked and hot without a long wait what more could you ask for. Despite the heat the staff were all friendly and helpful. We thoroughly recommend this pub.
Decent pub with a large beer garden. Dog friendly so it's always going to be 5* for me.
Great afternoon of racing. Hats off to the 2 girls keeping the grandstand lawn tidy. Good job ladies.
Good food and drink in a lovely location. Very clever app/website for ordering food, so no need to leave your table. Orders were a little tardy to arrive, but they could just have been busy.
Really nice place, table service, staff all wearing masks, good distance between tables and felt safe. Food was also really good.
Had the best afternoon with the kids in the garden. Fab food, superb service, excellent value and beautiful surroundings
