Arrived at 9pm. Had a big problem trying to get into the car park due to the gates needing a code. The room was filthy with old pop bottles and crisp packets littered around the room. The carpet was disgusting, the paintwork flaking and stained, and the separate shower block was freezing cold. Our company will not use this again!
