Ordered for the first time tonight. Best meal I've ever had from a take away. Was amazing

So impressed with the take away we had from Happy Kitchen last night. The menu was extensive & varied, they cater well for vegetarians with the inclusion of bean curd dishes & were happy to make a vegetarian hot & sour soup for me. The portions were huge & the food was delicious, all delivered within the stated timeframe & was fresh & hot! There's enough food left over for at least another meal as the portions were so generous! Would definitely recommend!
12th February 2021 - Ordered with Just Eat 2 hours before food was required. Spent over £40 and gave the specific time the food was needed. So after 2 hours notice I expected that the food would be delivered on time. It wasn't. 45 mins after delivery time I rang them. The person I spoke to was rude and had a 'couldn't care less' attitude. Told me it would be 30 to 45 mins more. I cancelled the order but it was too late to order elsewhere and by then we were so cross, we had lost our appetites. The food may be good - it was my first order so I can't comment, but before you order ask yourself if you are taking a huge risk. If they did it with me they will be doing it with others, AND IT MAY BE YOU!!! My recommendation go to someone you can trust - the risk isnt worth it and you could end up like us - NO FOOD AND VERY CROSS
Awesome food BUT!!!! Sat in there for 45 minutes after ordering and paying the young lad. After 45 mins a lady comes out and asks what I’ve ordered. They hadn’t even started to cook it and didn’t know about the order. I asked for a refundwhuch was given but not a single word of an apology. I’ve spend a fair bit in there over the last 12 months and quite frankly, I shan’t be going back on principle. Quite appalling.
Worst chinise takeaway I've ever had. Egg fried rice was all mushy and tasted like 1 of them microwave uncle Ben's, special fu yung was anything but special. Had 2 small prawns and 2 strips of chicken and beef. Starter box wasn't much kop either Awful.
Food is very very good just be prepared to wait told a time to collect wasn't ready until 45 minutes after that time so service let's this place down thats happened twice now
Best Chinese food in Farnworth and surrounding areas. Must try once you won't regret it. Lovely fresh food cooked. Brilliant staff and customer service. Great choices on the menu and really clean place. Amazing.
Food is always very high quality, but is generally a little more expensive than other Chinese takeaways. You get what you pay for.
I normally order via just eat but it said delivery starts at 6pm so I went to order and collect myself I arrived at 4 55pm and ordered food whilst I was waiting I fella asked for his money back as he couldn't wait any longer and I waited half an hour for my food. during this time at 5.10pm the assistant started packing up delivery orders ???? Which were still sat on the counter when I left at 5 35pm so glad I didn't order delivery Poor service and food not brilliant either .
