Absolutely awful stuff. S&P ribs were baked not deep fried. Not a red chilli to be see anywhere. Hot & Sour soup tasted like Bovril. Chicken rolls were tasteless and obviously from the cash and carry. Chips obviously done in the oven. Awful. Dim sum, wrong item and rubbish. All in all, a terrible experience and this establishment should be extremely ashamed of themselves. A complete waste of £29.50 !!

Curry was tasteless, the gravy tastes like housing sauce, the prawn toast was to thick, salt and pepper chips just no taste to them at all, salt and pepper chicken dry and awful, Best thing about it was the prawn crackers, had to give it 1 Star because couldn't give it any less, will not ordering ever again!!

Original review Our current favourite Chinese, food is always delicious a few mistakes usually forgetting the prawn crackers or a drink but always sorted quickly and delivered to us or saved till our next order. Salt and pepper shredded chicken is brilliant freebie if you spend over £20 Chips are frozen chips but they are nice so I wont complain about them we are slowly working through the menu but I just love the chicken with pineapple so tend to return to that July 2020 update No idea what has happened there but the food has gone down hill. Salt and pepper chips were tasteless, just normal chips with lots of onion and some pieces of chilies in the bottom of the tray same with the once awesome salt and pepper shredded chicken. Annoying as we ordered 3 portions of S&P chips and should have just ordered normal ones. as they tasted the same as the normal ones we bought and 2 portions of S&P chicken. the curry sauce was ok though.
I’ve ordered food here multiple times and never been disappointed
First time ordering from the Golden Dragon and to say I was pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. We had the vegetable curry, which was delicious. Everything was fresh and not greasy which is a big bonus. Also a shoutout to the Sesame and prawn toast. Probably the best I’ve ever eaten anywhere in the world. It’s was crispy and had loads of prawn mince on it. Very well done on that. We will be using the Golden Dragon as our regular Chinese takeaway from now on. Thank you for a beautiful meal.
Used to be my favourite Chinese for miles. I'd pay silly money or 6 mile drive to get from here. Last 3 orders got wrong and forgotten dishes. Last time refused to bring food they'd forgotten when was our only main veggie dish partners vegetarian so she had just rice!!! We'll refund you next time apparently. Next order they argued about the 'free' dish I had paid for previous and replaced previous forgotten order with the free dish we should have got for spending over £20 and messed up order again - missing a dish!!! Phoned to complain and they argued again?!? F$#@*G shocking. Will never order again. Shocking service and food now not so great. Shame.
Absolutely disgraceful! Got my order wrong. I asked for no onions in my curry as I'm allergic. It came with onions. Ordered via Just Eat and was told that the girl on the phone was new and didn't see it. Then my PREGNANT GIRLFRIEND'S ribs were raw! They sent fresh rice and ribs for my girlfriend and the rice was not the rice she ordered. Would not piss on these people if they were on fire! Terrible place to order from!
Extremely rude and disrespectful customer service, have no idea how to speak to customers shouting and talking over me threw the whole phone call. Ive had soggy sloppy dishes on my £40 order very disappointed .Very hard to ask for a specific requirement, dont recommend it to anyone try Tung Sing from around the corner food quality is much better and they know how to speak to customers. If that's the food delivered to us for a £40 order there's no hope.
