Food all ways great. Prices have gone a bit but that’s the same everywhere. Only thing that’s missing from the menu for me is mozzarella sticks!!! But if you’re looking for a good takeaway look no further
They delivered the wrong food!! And the order!!! To us!!! Rang and reported!!! Didn't even bother to send out replacement apart from hanging up!! And doing nothing!! Stay away from Careless Sorento kebab shop!! Plus - in the shop all The prices are old prices - they charge you £2-3 extra for each kebab!!
Poor service, incomplete orders on multiple occasions and rude, lazy staff. They missed an item on an order but I decided to order again a couple of weeks later to give them the benefit of the doubt. Surprise surprise, another item missed. The man on the phone, who could barely string a sentence together, fobbed me off to someone else. She didn’t even apologise, said the missing item would be with me in 10 mins, I ended up waiting another half hour. Only consolation is the delivery driver apologised. S. O. R. R. Y. See, not such a difficult word is it?! I certainly won’t be making the mistake of giving them another penny of my money in return for such rank service and I suggest you don’t either. Really no point ordering from here, unless of course you enjoy being inconvenienced and your deliveries being dropped off in installments.
Food is vile, always mess something up, just thrown a full kebab in the bin, stone cold and absolutely disgusting. Don't waste your money!

always busy because they are good... quick service on collection, reliable quick delivery... pizzas are pretty decent and chicken kebab rock... fair prices and great staff.. definitely ine to try

Absolutely disgusting, £9 for a calzone and could do better at home. Avoid like the plague it's rotten.
Terrible takeaway since the takeover. Every time place an order there is items missing. Food has got worse and worse turns up cold and just chucked in a box. Never gets the order correct. Wont be spending my money here again. Utter rubbish
Used to be alright until everytime we ordered chips come soggy burgers are dripping and stale barms gravy is just oil and have hairs in the food. Won't be ordering again
