Egg fried rice comes with chicken but apparently they havent put chicken in it, I'd suggest vegetarians and vegans be careful, they claim their curry sauce is with coconut milk I'd advise to see the label, could have said it was a mistake but they decided to say they never put chicken in it!!

Tried many in the area over the years. Some were OK for a while but then went down hill, others kept getting the order wrong. Never had one bad meal here and order has never been wrong. They are busy because they are popular so I imagine that delivery could be busy at times. Highly recommended from my own experience of several years. Thanks for the great food Hans..
Went in here last night put my order in and went to pay by card and the young lad was very rude in stating that I have got to spend over £15 to pay on card. They ought to state this on their website. As it was tipping down with rain I wasn't about to run around for an atm. Won't be going here now. No need for rudeness.
Afte waiting for an hour to get my delivery, l phoned again and they said it's on its way Afte another 15 mins my meal arrived, it was terrible, barbecue spare ribs were burnt, special curry only had chicken in it and 1or 2 other pieces of meat in it. Won't order again. Gonna do my own in future.
Singapore chew mein- meat was chewy but otherwise seasoned nicely- Egg fried rice was nice Chips very dry and like cardboard Chicken balls greasy and doughy NOT WORTH £20 so probably won’t order again.! Disappointed
Very poor service 2 hour wait for food after calling up and asking how long they said they are still cooking it this is the 2nd time this has happened to me waiting on refund and to top it off not even a sorry!
Absolutely the worst Chinese takeaway we have had to date! It took an hour for them to deliver it when we live around the corner and when it was delivered it was warm not hot. The duck tasted like beef, the chow menu was slimy and the chips were tough. Disgraceful meal which we paid £35 for! Never ordering from Hans again EVER!!!
Since moving to the area this is now my new go to place for a chinese meal. The curry sauce is a nice spicy thick gravy, even my parents who are picky when it comes to chinese curry sauce and swear by the Chop Suey Bar in Bearwood like the sauce. The chow mein has a tendancy to settle a little between cooking and getting home and need a bit of a stearing. The gent taking the orders can seem rude and abrupt. 2023 update For reasons only known to the owners of Hans, they have increased the card minimum payment to £15. Why, absolutely stupid decision. Since this I have not had a take away from Hans as my order is under £15 minimum. Good luck Hans, with stupid business decisions like that your going to need it!
