I had such a positive experience with Hannath when recently moving back from London to NI. They were very clear with the steps required and responded quickly by both phone and email to move the process along. They accommodated my requirements and put my mind at ease the whole way, which was important given I was going through the process some distance away geographically. Special thanks goes to Ryan for the above, couldn't have asked for a better person to work with on this move!
Have dealt with Hannath for a number of years as the property I have just sold was rented out through them from 2011. When we decided to sell, Adam from the sales team attend the property and advised us what we should do to give the property the right appeal although the property had been completely refurbished to a high standard but it is the little touches which we had not though about where, Adam's experience helped us out greatly. The small works where completed and the house advertised. Within a week the house had sold with an increase in the asking price of 10%. We would just like to express our thanks to Adam for the very professional way he handled everything with nothing being to much trouble for him. Would very highly recommend.
Ryan Reavie helped me so much to relocate and find a perfect property for me which suited me and my landlord. He took a personal approach to helping me, after not securing other properties with Hannath, unlike every other estate agent i was dealing with at the time, and I thoroughly believe without his help I’d still be looking and unable to start working in NI. Once he secured me a property, on move in day he spent as much as time as I needed to explain everything to me and make me feel at ease in my new surroundings. I dont usually leave feedbacks. I had to, as it was a pleasure working with Gareth & Claire when I went to view a house. The're an absolute & must have team duo in any firm. Unfortunately I didn't proceed to make an offer on the house due to minor requirements on my part. But Claire kept on with her follow-ups to see how I was getting on with my house searches. I had the privilege of working with Ryan to get our rental property through Hannath , he went above and beyond to help us get everything ready and signed for moving in, we appreciate all his and Hannaths work getting this property sorted out for us , thanks again, we will now look forward to settling in !

Fantastic service from start to finish! Buying a house can be complicated especially for a first time buyer, but Hannath made things extremely straightforward right from selecting a house to the handing of the keys. The Hannath staff were prompt, clear and patiently answered even the smallest of doubts. Hannath were exceptionally accommodating to our needs and were fully committed towards closing the sale in a timely and smooth manner. Couldn't have asked for anything more - thank you for giving us our lovely first home!
From our very first phonecall to Hannath Estate agents, purely to make a general enquiry about the new development and our interest in down sizing; we experienced highly professional, very down to earth and immediate facilitation of all the preliminary information we needed at the point of contact . Alistair was our first contact, .....journeying with us and enabled us to be informed and supported in the purchase of our new home. We received regular , honest updates as needed re the progression of the development..to enable us to have a time line in our own house sale and transition into the new build. It was clear to us that he was in regular contact with the builder throughout the whole process from beginning to end . At any point we felt assured that we could contact Alister with any questions / concerns. Always returned calls if he wasn't available at the time. What we worried about setting out on this transition was that it could be a very stressful and difficult experience . Alister and his team at Hannath Estate agents made a real difference to what has been a fantastic move for us to our new home
