I felt fully supported when buying my first home, I would highly recommend using CPS when buying or selling a home.
We listed our property in Portadown with CPS in February anticipating it would be sold May or June how wrong were we! It was sold within a week £21k over the asking price. CPS team, Shane & Adam conducted the viewings & we could not have expected better both guys were professional & a pleasure to work with. Nothing was a problem for them. We were updated daily as offers were made on our property & when we rang the office the guys were always helpful & there was a bit of banter with them too which was lovely. We highly recommend CPS no matter where you’re located in NI these guys really do go the extra mile with a smile! Thanks to everyone at CPS
I recently purchased a property from CPS, Matthew was my agent he was very polite, friendly, professional and easy to work with. I couldn't of asked for more he was constantly available either on phone or in person which was very reassuring. Any requests I had Matthew dealt with them as soon as possible.
