Highly recommend Apex Property Agency. Terry, Ruth and Karen were very helpful, communicated well and went above and beyond to help with any issues that arose during my house purchase. They are very friendly and made my experience a lot less stressful, will definitely use them again in the future.
I had a brilliant experience with APEX. I bought a house and then utilised their tenancy service and I cannot speak highly enough of them. Terry, Ruth, and Karen did an outstanding job, answering every question, and were always on the other end of the phone; thank you for everything. When it comes to property services, I would highly recommend APEX.
We wanted to rent our house out. Keys left with Terry and his team last Friday morning and house rented by Friday afternoon; with first months rent in our account. Very fast, friendly and efficient service. Terry was also able to organise getting the guttering and facias cleaned within the first week we handed the keys over to him- something we couldn’t find anyone to do. Would highly recommend Apex Property Agency Lurgan.
What can I say?? Amazing service and professionalism from the outset. Terry, Ruth and Karen definitely set a benchmark. Wholeheartedly can recommend them to deal with your property move.
Karen and Ruth could not do enough for you. Banks and solicitors make it all so hard. So nice to have people you can bounce off going through all the craic of trying to buy a home!!! Give them a payrise!!!
We have used Apex to let our properties since 2018. Since new management took over late 2021 their service has been extremely professional and communication has been spot on. We look forward to increasing our portfolio with Apex in the future.
