Absolutely delicious! The pasties are already made and hot so no waiting around. Great selection of flavours available too. It's great to be able to get quirkey foods like this in Ireland.
Yummy pasties and hotdogs! Our family enjoyed it a lot. We bought pasties with coffee, then another set of pasties with soft drinks. We really liked their hotdogs America and France, too! My America Hotdog had shoe-string potatoes on top and melted cheese. It’s really good! Friendly service, too!
I just recently found this place in The Merchant's Arch. It is a place that sells Cornish Pasties. I absolutely love Cornish Pasties and to find a place that sells them. Had a steak and gravy one. It was Delicious. I went back and got another one a peppered Steak one. They are really hot and keep warm for ages. This is comfort food you want on a cold day!!
They have three vegan pastries I tried the fiery Mexican and the Thai green The Thai green was perfectly spiced and quite filling for the price!
Hanleys Cornish Pastries are really good tried the traditional yesterday and the chicken chorizo today not sure which on a like better
The traditional was just ok but the chicken and chorizo was bomb. The pastry part was delicious on both
After a horrible tasting pasty I decided to give this place a second chance and had a hot dog. It was again so bad - cold and dry. Won’t be attending a third time.
We loved the pasties here! Many varities to choose from. Located in the narrow Merchants Arch lane between the end of Ha'penny Bridge and Temple Bar. Awesome food in an awesome Dublin location....and very reasonably priced.
I was looking forward to one if these. I chose the lamb with mint. I was very disappointed. The pastry was very thick and not appealing. Inside was a clump of lamb mince with a very fatty flavour. Around this dense clump were the other ingredients, onion, swede and potato. I thought it would have been mixed together. No flavour of mint. I couldn't finish it, so it went in the bin. The bottle of water was good. I had only spent €3.20 as I used a Groupon voucher. Full price would have been €7.95 and I'm glad I didn't have to pay that much for such an awful pastie. I hope next time, I'll get something better!
Nice Spanish pastries.
