Quick meal with a pal. It could be more difficult to find a table because of the impressive setting. Coffee is typical for this type of establishment. It was a tasty cake. Here, we had a terrific time. The bill seemed a little on the pricier side.Recommended dishesTea and Cake, Torte
Coffee was good. After you get your coffee you go to find a table and people are hogging tables with laptops doing their daily tasks and no intention of moving. One person would occupy larger tables making it difficult to find somewhere to sit or ask to share. Tables that weren't in laptop use ALL had dirty dishes with no one clearing except the customers. Coffee was great, just not the sit in experience and it was well staffed we were there on a Saturday
Ideal stop before or after a visit to Trinity College and The Book of Kells. Caramel Macchiato and Salted Caramel Chocolate Cake were delicious Food: 4/5
OK, very busy - staff very pushy and unfriendly, treated me like an inconvenience while ordering my cappuccino. It was a very rushed and pretty unpleasant experience. I don't think I'll be returning. Fine if you're a student at Trinity and want a coffee rather desperately.Food: 3/5
Great spot for a cafe. Great building with l old style vibes. Smell from the toilet are was strong though.Food: 4/5
Cute little coffee shop! Super cozy. Loves the downstairs seating area and very clean!Food: 5/5
Awful, just go anywhere else. First disappointment, one of our group works for costa and should've received a discount which was refused with the statement "We don't accept/use the international app" so Costa is not international. Secondly, there is a bathroom which requires a code which was locked, we stayed for about 20 minutes. The downstairs was blocked off since it was raining and it wouldn't have worked since it is not handicap accessible. I asked twice about the bathroom, they said to use the code. No one is in there, or...they're sleeping or the code didn't work. Tried five times different ways and it turned green like it should open. Either way, the experience put me off the coffee so even that tasted worse. Support local, go small with so many charming cafes nearby. Don't ever go to Costa.
Nice little Costa. Nice and Cosy downstairs too if you want some peace and quietFood: 5/5
Love this place but it’s so annoying that the company/managers force the staff on the till to upsell every single customer extra things in your coffee syrups cream etc. It wastes time when there’s a queue there’s always a queue here cos it’s v busy and it makes it feel like they just wanna milk as much money out of you as possible. Other coffee companies don’t do that, it’s very corporate
Lovely place to sit and enjoy your coffee on your tour around Dublin greatest sites. Bit busy, but quite a few places to sit, and it's historical building so you can expect fireplaces and beautiful stucco on the ceiling. Few really fab photo options!Food: 3/5
