I would highly recommend Handles Property to anyone planning to put their property on the market. I have moved many times over the years, buying and selling and to be honest have always begrudged the estate agent's fees.   My experience with Mark at Handles has been totally different.  Handles offer a very personal service and I always knew that Mark was working for the best outcome for me as the client.  As the progress of the sale became difficult, he handled negotiations not only with professionalism but with great sensitivity and I know that without his expertise the sale would have floundered.  Handles fees are competitive and worth every penny!

I chose Handles because it was just round the corner from the flat I wanted to sell. 
They did everything that was required of them and they kept me informed at all times. It took slightly longer to complete the sale due to the lease extension but we got there in the end! 
Mark was brilliant and the solicitors were excellent!

Grant and Mark at Handles are honestly 2 of the best Agents we have ever dealt with. Their professionalism is exceptional and have helped us from day 1 with our new business model. 

Initially being a little apprehensive, they took a chance on our company let tenancy where we create professional house-shares and since working together, we have created a fantastic working relationship and have been assisting us ever since. I couldn’t recommend Handles enough. Thanks guys!

I have moved around a lot and I have to say that Handles have been the best agents by a long shot. 

Since day one of just viewing the properties they were incredibly helpful and always there before me and making me feel comfortable about this whole moving process as it was pretty stressful. After selecting a flat they were supporting me all the way to make sure everything was correct. During the tenancy there were a few mishaps in the flat which was to be expected and dealing with these were incredibly swift and quick. On leaving the property it was all incredibly easy and communication level was kept incredibly high so I always knew what was happening.

Left my review till the end of the tenancy and these guys did not disappoint, recommend them highly.
