After 35 minuets haveing an exterior wash just got home to find half the car washed, smeered all over, wheeles and large areas of bodywork missed  filthy alloys and one wheel out of 4 painted. I feel like I’ve been mugged but my own fault for not getting out to check.  Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - TRUE STORY TOOK MY BRAND NEW MERCEDES (66 PLATE) THERE ON THE 27/10/2017 - I DONT KNOW WHAT THESE SILLY GUYS DID BUT THEY SOMEHOW MANAGED TO BREAK THE TANK CAP AND THEN REFUSED TO PAY FOR ANY DAMAGE TELLING ME TO CALL THE POLICE IF I WANT TO BECAUSE " THE POLICE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING". ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE THE GUY TRIED TO SAY IT WAS BROKEN ALREADY  ON A CAR THAT IS A BARELY 9 MONTHS OLD AND I HAD ONLY FILLED UP FUEL THE DAY BEFORE

Used to be good value and we'll worth the money. Last time I was overcharged and the car had not been washed properly.
