I don't normally use car washes, preferring to do the job myself but it was a sunny day and the car was quite dusty so I thought I'd give it a try. They did a great job.
Too pushy, tried to upgrade the service I required. Shoddy work, they rely on the jet wash rather than the hand wash it advertises, they left streaks on the paint work and windows. When I questioned the quality they just said I should have upgraded. I felt intimidated, these are not nice people. I will not be returning and I suggest you don't use these people. Check out the good references posted, they all look their friends.
Very good job, lots of staff so you don't need to wait, customer waiting area also available.
£25 wasted! I went to ask for my car, bought 2 days ago, to be cleaned inside and out, even if the car was not that dirty. They took advantage of it to do even less. Still dust inside, still sticky, one of the guys was drinking in my car, which was inexplicably turned on. No card accepted. In the end, I will hand clean my car again. I complained and they just told me to go somewhere else, no apologies, no understanding. Just don't go there.
Avoid! I’ve have used this car wash twice. When I got home after the first time I noticed small scratches in paintwork which I assumed must have been present already though I was surprised since car is only 18 months old. After the second wash I can see that they have badly scratched the paintwork on our car with grit in their cloths / sponges. The bonnet has a deep scratch about 6cm long in spiral form clearly from rubbing / scrubbing. Will never use again. It is obvious that they do not filter their water or clean their cloths.
Wasnt impressed as one of the guys tried to push me for a £15 clean instead of a £12....then they didn't even open the boot to hoover....I had to say 'what about the boot?' It was just sprayed inside and not wiped properly, leaving spots of cleaning fluid everywhere. Used to be good. I was a regular customer and this was my second visit on the trot that has been poor, not going back again, pushy and sadly a poor standard of cleaning.
Awesome job. The guys were quick and professional. I'd rather pay good money for a proper wash than go somewhere cheap and get a average clean. They managed to clean the seats in the car, which I thought were going to be a write off.
I have been coming here for 2 years. I have always been pleased with the £15 price and usually leave a tip. But on my last visit yesterday it seems that standards have really slipped. They used to hand wash the car, this time they only used a high-pressure washer. It's autumnal and the roads are gritty - with no hand wash most of the salty residue on the lower half of my car was not washed off. There were a couple of "bird soilings" on the roof and again, these have been missed off. The inside also lacked attention to detail. When I got home I noticed the wipe marks missing whole sections of the dash. Overall just not good enough. I wish them luck and hope that they change their practices back to the old way; but for not, alas, I will need to find a new car wash.
Poor service. Didnt clean top of the car properly and all dirt still there. And agreed clean wheels before start, but at the end did a lousy job. Now I need wash wheels myself. Only keen collect money even before complete washing. This is last visit to this place.
Took my car there. Lovely people. Got home and inspected, scratches everywhere in the clear coat and didn’t even touch the wheel arches. Dirt was just spread around the car. £15 down the drain
