Absolutely superb hotel, rooms are very clean, ran my finger above the pictures on the wall and all good. Staff are some of the best I’ve met, incredibly helpful and genuinely nice. Ask for Tony at the bar, he’s a credit to the chain and deserves a pay rise!! Lucy, the DM is also very knowledgeable and helpful!

Recent refurbishment of this hotel has vastly improved offerings. It is a pleasant place to be, but still some amenities missing that would be usual for this kind of hotel. Mini bar/fridge in room would be great. Road noise from the near by dual carriageway remains an issue for front facing rooms. The hotel is secluded and cut off from local amenities, although transport from the nearby airport is available. The food selection in the hotel bar is limited, especially if you are vegetarian. What they do have is good quality just a little expensive. The staff are fantastic. Perfect for short stays, limited amenities for longer trips.

Close to the airport. If you have a one - day layover, this is your best choice. Excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, polite and efficient staff. Downsides: too far away from anything you would want to see in Exeter. Windows don't open - which is probably to block the airport noise, but I couldn't help the feeling that my room lacked fresh air. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Clean fresh rooms with good iron n board. Good size bed n comfy. Food good fair size portions n piping hot. Staff friendly n helpful

Loved it. Really nice hotel, great staff, great food and the room was lovely. To add to that it was very affordable too
