The food was OK. The staff is very welcoming, but they were definitely short in people. I had to stand and call the waitress twice to order food.Food: 4/5
We waited for a bit to be seated. Not a problem if we had been acknowledged and then asked to wait but that didn't happen. I asked for a medium rare steak. It took ages to arrive and was very well done. I deliberately didn’t send it back as I didn't want to wait again. The food was dry. Not an experience I will be repeating.Food: 1/5
Service was pleasant when finally our table was attended to. But waiting each time a good 10 minutes between each service step made the meal pretty intolerable. Cooking was quite good in fairness but when we thought to speak with a manager/supervisor at the end we saw little point when they were huddled with the staff ignoring customers as well. Really something you should address as your price point is hardly fast food cheap, so make sure your 6 staff are actually doing something.
Had an amazing time yesterday for a family birthday. The food was absolutely amazing and no one left a thing. Cooked to perfection is an understatement. Even made a few changes for us without hesitation. The staff was absolutely on top form. We had an emergency whilst there and staff all pulled together to make it feel like we was at home. The shift manager Ethan needs a special recommendation for helping us from incident to ambulance. Nothing was too much trouble. His floor staff was equally as impressive and needs a special thank you too. We have always enjoyed this site and after how their service made us feel, we will only come here from now on. Beautiful food great atmosphere and can't wait to return. Head boss please take note. You had an amazing team that night and they all deserve recognition please. We came to the harvester late Thursday evening and they managed to fit us in. On entry the first interaction was really good and accommodating. Once we had been seated our waitress Jess looked after us, she was fantastic and really gave us a personal touch. Nothing was to much and kept checking on us through out our time there. She was a real example of what good looks like. Please pass on our comments and deserves some recognition.
Could not find on menu the roast chicken as it has changed. The food I opted for was standard. The brownie was dry and old. The place was empty and the decor grubby. Other places for same price are much better so will not be returningFood: 1/5
Just had a lovely evening at Ham Farm. Good food and friendly staff. The one small gripe I could make is the toilets could do with a little spruce and a check on paper levels. Other than all 7 of us had great meals at reasonable prices in a warm friendly atmosphere . Well done to all the staff.
Decided to have a quick lunch here. The atmosphere was good. There are lots of options to choose from . Our meal was great, plus a mixture of chips and a soft drink.Food: 4/5
I must say the service was excellent, food was hot and well presented. It was very pleasant to be told by a member of staff that there was a 40% discount if we signed up for the app. Top service Food: 5/5
The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were lovely and friendly. Mid range for price but I honestly didn't mind paying it for the quality. Good range of food and drinks and for the kids too. Easy ordering either at the bar or the app. Also free refills on soft drinks.
