A WONDERFUL town centre public park that is well maintained, large garden areas with beautiful plants and trees, lots of playground equipment for children, skate park, tennis courts, bowling green, paddling pool, cafe selling hot and cold food and drink where you can dine inside or outside, toilets available. This park is a credit to the local town council as it is very well maintained to the highest standards and should be recognised by the local public and visitors to the area.
Gorgeous park. Especially at the autumn time if year with the beautiful colours of the leaves. Cute duck pond. Several public conveniences and park areas for kids to play. Really lovelynRight in the middle of the town
A lovely well kept park. Beautiful flowers in the gardens. Plenty of green grass to sit/play on. The boats and train were running which was a bonus for my grandson. The splash pad in the play area was also running. An excellent park overall and well worth a visit.
Lovely park and the only green space in town. Park is attracting all age people. Good for wheel chair users, mobility scooters, prams. Toilet facilities available. The cafe is a great place to relax have a bite to eat and watch the world go by. River view very cool flowing next to park.
One of my favourite little parks to visit and relax. Lunch at Cool River cafe is highly recommended
