Excellent Service every time I attend. All workers including the owner are extremely polite and helpful. I have no need to go to any other post office because the service is so great there. Thanks to the wonderful team at hall green post office.
Appears to be a family run post office. The regular woman and bald male lack really basic customer service skills so really surprised they own a post office. I only use this post office because it’s a 10 minute walk from my home but I always come back with a poor experience which is a shame.
Great experience. The staff were very helpful and even advised on stuff that I wasn’t aware were available through a post office. The young Asian lady was especially helpful. I’ve been there numerous times and the service is always consistent, professional and helpful.
This is great Post Office! The guys are always really keen to make sure that you get the right service for your needs. Parking is easy and if there is a queue, it clears pretty quickly. All in all a pleasant, helpful and friendly place to visit.
Rubbish. They have the cheek to charge me handling fees when I already paid for international postage through the nose btw with the website I bought my item off. I tracked my item for weeks and no progress. RM had No delivery card dropped off to me so I have not known they even attempted to deliver my package. And now when I've checked where my package is; they're readying it for overseas shipping to send it back?! Absolute BS would have been courteous to drop not 1 but 2 calling cards as a I didn't get the first one and b I wasn't aware of a release fee. Absolutely appalling service.
THIS POST OFFICE HAS THE SWEETEST STAFF MEMBER! The lady in the hijab never fails to take my stress away. It can be such a stressful task keeping track and posting all my packages etc not sure about all the terminology but she's extremely helpful.
Rip off, wife just been in there, asked for signed for small parcel, he told her to go for tracked. So, an £8 ebay item ended costing £7.65 to send. Just do as the customer asks.
Come here frequently to drop off parcels and always get top service from the friendly staff. Would recommend!
Thought I'd try again to post something as they are my local post office but yet again just rude, ive now decided to stick to the shirley one as it is miles better
Better then they springfield store quick in and out no 1 hour queues and not overcharging I dont understand I think the Springfield post office have added weight into the scared cause I pay more there than here always
