Absolutely amazing customer service from Sue this morning. I went in to discuss moving from my current bank and Sue gave me absolutely all the information I needed to allow me to feel confident in my move. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she even double checked things I wasn’t 100% sure on. Thank you so much!

Website says open today Saturday at Congleton but just been and they are shut. Wasted journey. Working all week so can only go today to pay cash in
The staff are very approachable. They're very helpful and friendly.
As ever the que is long and there are only 2 tellers.
