The bank shouldn't be allowed to write a review on itself, kinda biast to say the least? If you have a cardcash account, don't bother going to a halifax branch. Cardcash account holders are seen as second class people. There's NO help for these customers. Go to the counter with any cardcash problem? They will direct you imediately to the phone placed on the wall by the doors. Halifax do NOTHING for cardcash customers inbranch.
