We wish to send our complete and utter thanks to RACHEL at HAYS TRAVEL PORT TALBOT, without her we would never have made the plane as Ryanair website went down RACHEL went above and beyond to get our boarding passes to us from her own home at 10.30 at night and also sent them to us for our return flights we cannot thank her enough what a, Star she IS.FROM THE BENIDORM GANG XXXX
Really great service, Lynda was fantastic in helping me change our booking from this year to next, with all the uncertainty going on and difficult circumstances I thought it was going to be impossible to speak to someone but she rang me back very quickly after me leaving a message and spent lots of time getting me the best deal.
