Rang the branch in Longton after hours to make a query about an account, expecting to get an answer phone on which to leave a message so someone could call me back in the morning. Imagine my pleasant surprise then to hear a female voice answer the call and deal with my query. Above and beyond the call of duty. 10 out of 10 for customer service.
