Bought a couple of jeans, unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. The returns process was so simple and effortless, I got my refund as soon as the clothes were received at their end. It was easy to contact customer services via email and they responded swiftly. I ordered the correct size and the jeans are really good quality and comfortable with a lovely smooth feel.

After ordering online, I realized that I should have put a code in the pay section for Bank Holiday discount. I phoned customer services to make them aware of my error and to add the discount. I was treated courteously and my order was altered having given the account information. In these times when we are all looking for value for money How nice it was to get the discount without someone saying it was my fault and NO discount will be given. Well Done.

I needed a pair of trousers for my husband for the following week. Found a couple of styles that would work but only one had his size available. It was early morning when i ordered and i guess i wasn’t fully awake as it was only after i ordered that i noticed it said pre order only. I emailed the team and Georgina answered my questions in a timely and friendly manner. She also processed my cancellation. I was very pleased. I will definitely order from them again as the customer service was excellent.

The website was user friendly and the goods arrived in a reasonable time. Customer services have been helpful, although they didn't know why I had returned the jacket, which I stated online when I processed the return. The jacket size was not correct, in my opinion. I ordered a 46L but it was too small and other 46L's I have tried on are a better fit. Nonetheless, the company has been helpful.

I have never left a Google review before however the service from this company has been so awful I feel I must share my experience.  I needed a suit for my groomsmen for my wedding, ordered it from here months in advance. Several delivery dates were missed without notice, the customer service from Georgie was dreadful, made promises she then went back on regarding notifying me of further changes of dates and refunds if the delivery date fell after my wedding. Long story short having battled to cancel the order and get them to agree to a full refund as I was originally promised due to the suit taking too long to arrive, I have still not had any money back into my account. To make things even more laughable a parcel arrived today with half a suit in it no trousers 2 weeks after my wedding. I now have half a suit I don’t need, no refund and a lot of questions I need answering. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Steer clear!!!

Honestly if I could give minus 1 star I would. Very poor company, ordered a jacket from this company about 8 weeks ago, it did not fit so I sent it back 2 days after I received it. This was delivered back to them on the 12th of December, and I have proof of delivery !! Now 2 months later and still no refund. Not even any correspondence that they are processing the refund. Almost 6 weeks and I have not got my money back and it was not exactly a cheap jacket. Besides the point, this company just does not have any morals. I truly wish I looked at the reviews before buying. I would like to add, their customer service is appalling. Every time I call the phone it is always ‘busy’. Definitely not they just do not want to face the customers they are not refunding. No replies to any of my emails, and as I can see from the reviews I am not the only person to have experienced this. by the seems of things they do not respond to bad reviews only the good ones. One last thing I cannot believe, is that the owner can appear on dragons den whilst not refunding me my money and probably many others, how embarrassing for him.

I have made a number of orders over the last 12 months, however after purchasing some items I have  received an email saying the item is out of stock. The website does not seem to reflect stock availability and actual sizes available.  It then takes a week to get your money back, shoud be instant With that said the items that i ordered and were in stock have always been of good quality and very well priced.A WEEK LATER AND STILL NO REFUND.

Items ordered promptly. Unfortunately, all items were too big!! However, I returned the items on the 22nd December via collect + yodel!! The items have been received to big clothing 4 u!! I have tried calling numerous times, of which they never answer their phone, saying it’s a high volume of calls!! , & emailed, too, as I’m still waiting for my refund!! Very poor service, & also withholding my money.

Where is my refund???? I returned my order which was delivered to Big Clothing 4 U on the 9th of January. I have been in contact to chase my refund which is something that, as a customer, I shouldn't have to do. As a customer I paid for items which were delivered to me and, as per the store terms and conditions, I have returned the items in the same condition they were delivered. Why can't Big Clothing 4 U refund my money???? After emailing customer service several times, their last response was that someone would chase my refund with the returns department whicj clearly must be overwhelmed considering the number of bad reviews you can find here and on Google reviews about customer still waiting for their refunds after months. My advise, don't bother.

Terrible customer service response.  I returned some good before Christmas but as of today 13.1.23, I have had no refund.  I have emailed several times but with no reponse and the phone line constantly diverts you emailing them because it says all lines are busy.  When you do email it says you will get a response within 72 hours but nothing to date.  Hopefully I will get my refund soon or I will have to look at other legal ways to reclaim this money !!
