At Halfords on A10 retail park the assistant was friendly, helpful, kind and very thorough. I popped in for a free battery check but they also checked for lights, screen wash and oil level.  As an 81 year old I found this very reassuring and when I asked about my squeaky windscreen wipers it was found that I needed new wiper blades which were very reasonably priced and fitted on the spot. I have no hesitation in recommending Halfords they don’t fob you off they stick with it until they’ve solved the problem. My thanks to Fifi.

Went to Halfords today to get a reverse camera. I have no clue about cars or anything like that and I am a new driver. Alex was so helpful and kind, he explained everything clearly and in a friendly manner. He came to my car and helped me try different positions for a phone holder and explained why I couldn’t have certain types and which would work best. He booked me in for my reverse camera fitting quickly and efficiently. I was surprised that he wasn’t the manager as so many of his colleagues were coming to ask him things and he helped them whilst simultaneously assisting me with no delay! I work in staff training and customer service training and I would be thrilled to have someone like Alex on my team. thank you Alex for being so helpful, you are an asset to your branch.

Leo at the cylce repair desk upstairs is in my view the best I've met in London. I cylce 200 miles per week and halfords enfield is my go to for everything, punctures, servicing, tires, accessories etc.nLeo is helpful, knowledgeable, honest and professional. Halfords have good opening hours, prices and service generally, but this place  for bikes  is next level.nnHighly recommend.

After experiencing issues with returning a bicycle at another store, I spoke to Nick L at the bike station and he was able to swiftly and quickly process a return. In addition, I witnessed him teach some teenagers how to find the right size tube for their bike.
