I went to pick up my dpd parcel and the service was excellent!  The lady I spoke first was very nice and showed me where I need to go.  The gentlemen at the collection point were very friendly and helpful.  They tried everything they could to deal with a rather complicated system.  It's very convenient to pick up a parcel after work, I never miss a delivery this way.  I'll definitely use this service again.

A joke is nothing compared to what they've done to me. Made me wait hours just to look at my bike to then tell me is longer to fix a simple chain and buckled wheel, all that while I was waiting to get it fixed at least a month. Avoid them in any circumstances

Bought a car stereo from the Enfield store under a year ago from a guy called Luc, and I had it fitted by them. The cost was over £400.00 and has never really worked well which is surprising since I connect my iPhone with an AUX cable. Today the sat nav feature from the Apple Car play wasn't working so I popped in there to see if anyone can have a look. Luc again was on hand to serve me and despite me remembering him he insisted that I need to bring in my receipt which I probably no longer have and that the earliest he could even fit me in was the 10th February. Throughout my visit all he seemed interested in telling me was that he would have to charge me if there was a fault with the stereo or the fitting as I could not produce my receipt. When I asked him if he could look up my purchase he said no my system cant do that? The largest car parts chain in the country can not trace a sale with installation at the same store completed less than one year ago? Sorry I can not believe this and feel cheated by this company but more by this store! Not once was I even offered and apology! Steer clear of this store and their audio department!

Waited 15 minutes in the bike section and no one asked me for help. Saw 2 other people walk around. The guy on the till seemed powerless just to answer a simple question I woukd have been gone in less than 1 minute.

I was quickly able to find what I wanted to get which on this occasion was an air conditioning deodoriser and a windscreen cover for all seasons. My old one is too small. Was able to check the cover should fit. Pleased with my successful visit. Store is well stocked and a range of different goods for sale and for the keen diy enthusiast. Reasonably priced as well.
